Epoxy flooring saturates and penetrates into the concrete surface creating an extremely strong bond. 16-24 hour cure time is crucial for proper bonding to ensure a long-lasting finish.

Epoxy Prime Coat is certified through the State of Michigan as an asbestos contractor supervisor so we are also able to handle the removal of harmful tiles in your basement and other areas before we apply our coating.  This saves you time and money because you don’t have to hire a separate contractor to remove the asbestos.
